She's served on “La Voz,” played Grizabella in CATS! Earned the Latin Grammy Award for musical excellence along with dozens, and dozens of other awards, stared in several telenovelas and several films, plus, she even appeared in Playboy, twice! And now she comes to Indianapolis, Indiana for a show featuring all her biggest hits! Hit that "Buy Tickets" button right now for a show so filled with glitz and glamour, you'll think you're on Broadway!

At 60 years old, and with a huge, 50 years of working in the industry, Yuri is back across the border for the U.S. leg of her Euforia 2.0 tour, which she states will be an “espectáculo” filled with gorgeous designer costumes, a full mariachi and, the best bit, a full run of her biggest hits.

“A lot of artists play nothing but songs from their new album,” she says. “Well, who knows those songs? No one knows them yet! It’s like if you’re going to see Luis Miguel, and he doesn’t play ‘La Incondicional.’ You say, now wait! I came to hear that one!”

Now, you may be thinking, wow... that's a long time to be singing! “If you lose your passion for the work you do, be it being a doctor or presenter or whatever career that you’ve entered, retire. Retire because you’ll never grow,” Yuri says. “Passion has made me grow, made me give my public the very best in every aspect of my work. I’m a woman who loves what I do, and am impassioned by what I do. And then I do it, so I can eat.”

From the Mexican port city of Veracruz, Yuri began her career as a teenager, releasing her very first album way back in 1978! During the 80s and 90 she starred in a series of telenovela's, the Mexican, “Volver A Empezar” and a bunch of Latin America shows including, “Maldita Primavera,” “Qué te Pasa” and “Hombres al Borde de un Ataque de Celos.” But it wasn't until her second appearance in Playboy Mexico that she earned her nickname, Mexican Madonna, mostly, for her continual reinvention, and not for any other assets she may have. The 00s saw her pivot to collaborating with acts like Grupo Firme, Mijares, Yandel and Jesse & Joy. While also having time to work as a coach on two seasons of “La Voz,” Mexico’s version of “The Voice.”
