Murat Theatre is illustrious. Historically rich and culturally synonymous with the city, the Theatre is one of those must go-to places when visiting Indianapolis, and we’re excited to see you soon! Especially when it means we also get to see Boz Scaggs lighting up the stage. Boz Scaggs is bringing his 2025 Rhythm Review Tour to the stage for all of us to enjoy - and quite frankly, we’re just excited for the show jams all night long! Coming to the theatre on Saturday November 8th, join us right here as Boz continues his domination of the blues rock scene after decades of genre-defying success. And he’s had a full year, y’all. The tour has also stopped in San Diego’s The Bay, Disney Concert Hall in LA, The Smart Center in Texas, Mountain Winery in Saratoga, and of course - right here in Murat Theatre this November.

It goes without saying that a career that has gone on as long as Boz has is worth studying up on and learning from. Born in Canton Ohio and rocking out since the early 60s, Boz first worked as a guitarist and bandmate for several smaller projects, and then became a frontman of his own solo career in 1969. His most major release, the 1976 album Silk, peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 and saw the lead singles go platinum - and this was way before streaming numbers, y’all! Scaggs then went on to produce more platinum singles and gain more acclaim, and now - Scaggs has built a discography used in commercials, movies, tv shows, and concerts full of thousands of die hard fans who will pop out anytime he takes the stage. Known for his sultry sounds with an undertone of blaring guitar, Boz creates soundscapes that feel serene and picturesque, and that can transport us to his point of view in a heartbeat.
