When iconic duo Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel broke into the international music world in 1966 with their second studio album Sounds Of Silence, it was clear that the duo, that started from humble beginnings, had something truly special to share with the world. They became one of the best-selling musical acts of the 1960s, ranked 40th on Rolling Stone’s list of Greatest Artists of All Time and 3rd on their list of greatest duos, and became Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees in 1990. During their career, they received no less than 14 Grammy Awards, including a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and a Grammy Hall of Fame Award, as well as various other awards.
Their goosebump-inducing songs are now slated to come to life, live on stage, once more - from Mrs. Robinson and The Sound of Silence to I Am a Rock and Scarborough Fair/Canticle to Homeward Bound, from The Boxer and Cecilia to Bridge Over Troubled Water and A Hazy Shade Of Winter - and is coming to North American venues! The biggest and most successful theatre show celebrating the lives and music of the folk rock icons is set to kick off an all-new North American tour in mid-January 2026 in Farmington, New Mexico, canvassing the nation before wrapping up in mid-April 2026 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
The show, following the tale of Simon & Garfunkel from their humble beginnings in the groovy 1960s to their massive success, stunning 1981 Central Park reunion, and their dramatic break-up, captivates, enchants, and celebrates like few. Having had countless sold-out shows at major venues across the world, including the West End, The Simon & Garfunkel Story has a massive tally of standing ovations - including one from Art Garfunkel himself. With direction by Dean Elliot and musical direction by Marc Encabo, the stellar cast, including the talents of Jonah Bobo, Elliot Lazar, Max Pinson, Ryan Bronston, Brendan Jacob Smith, and Zach Kamins among others, The Simon & Garfunkel Story is perfection through and through.
