See Outlander re-imagined in a new light this autumn with Echoes Through The Highlands. The tour makes its way to Indianapolis this fall with a visually and aurally stunning performance at the Murat theater at Old National Centre on Sunday, 25th October 2026.
Grammy-nominated composer Bear McCreary (The Walking Dead, Boom Cat) scores the hit TV drama Outlander. Here’s your chance to hear the Emmy Award-winning composer perform his music live. The concert will feature about two hours of music including The Skye Boat Song and all the other famous music from all eight seasons - with video backing the musicians.
The video features celtic music performed by a pianist and cellist, set in an ornate 1910 Moorish style theater with surround sound.

The show begins at 6:30 PM and features the epic, orchestral score performed live by the band along with high definition, cinematic video recordings from all eight seasons of Outlander. This is going to be an eventful evening for fans of Outlander as the score and video recordings combine to create a truly intense 2 hour show with a 20 minute intermission in between to give your ears and mind a chance to process the intense journey you will be going on that evening. Hundreds of other fans of Outlander will be packing the theatre along with you making for a great evening out. This show is part of our Echoes Through The Highlands tour visiting to cities such as Edinburgh, Williamsport, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Red Bank, Greensboro, Baltimore, Washington D.C. And many more US and European cities!
Listen to music by American composer Bear McCreary, voted as the most influential film and television score composer of all time. We highlight some of his most celebrated work, including the Outlander Main Title Theme, The Skye Boat Song, God of War theme music and Battlestar Galactica score. Bear McCreary released his latest rock concept album, The Singularity in 2024/2025. He has won multiple Emmy Awards for Outlander and Da Vinci’s Demons as well as a BAFTA and DICE Award for God of War. Bear was also nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media for Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero and two Children’s and Family Emmy Awards for Percy Jackson and the Olympians. As protégé of film music legend Elmer Bernstein, Bear brings a heritage of film music to this special Outlander In music adventure.
The Murat Theater is a historic, Moorish-style theater in the center of Indianapolis where music lovers have enjoyed performances for over 100 years. This stylish theater has state-of-the-art sound and lighting and has 2,675 seats which are arranged in three seating sections: Main Floor, Royalty and Balcony.Accessible seating is located in the orchestra level with accessible aisle seating. Clean restrooms and concession stands that serve pretty cool snacks and bar drinks. They only accept credit cards there, no cash.
